The entire staff is warm and caring.
I have had several bad experiences with dentists and I was nervous. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcome. Pamela at the front desk was a delight, smiling, friendly, and kind. Emmy the dental assistant was encouraging and very knowledgeable. She was very gentle as she took xrays. Dr. Heaton was very personable and came up with several different plans to get my teeth and gums healthy.
I was very impressed with the the way the office is run and I will be recommending them in the future.

This a great dental office. The front office staff, Jennifer and Amanda are personable and know how to make you feel relaxed. They are especially helpful explaining the cost of procedures and insurance coverage. They are also with patient adult children with Asperger Syndrome. Shout out to the hygienist Katie and dental assistant who are both are very professional and friendly. Dr Heaton is always friendly and is detailed in his explanations regarding dental issues and provides options of care. It is obvious that this dental office has good chemistry.

I have been going to Brink Street Dental for about 2 years now. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist in Dr. Heaton! Katie is always so pleasant and fun to chat with when doing my cleanings! Amanda assists Dr. H but she is also multi talented because she has been able to assist me more than once with billing stuff as well! They all always answer any questions I’ve had. Having good dental care is important and I appreciate them all so much!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. i had not seen a dentist in a couple years. Katie, the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. She had me laughing and made me feel at ease. When I had my major work to be done, Amanda and Dr. Heaton talked me through everything and I didn’t feel a thing! I recommend this fantastic office to anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist. They all made my visits effortless!

Just switched to Brink Street and I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Kyle fixed some problem fillings completed by my last dentist. His work was pain free and he was very diligent, working to make everything perfect – I was so pleased. My hygienist, Katie, is very friendly and my teeth have never felt better. I feel confident that I made the right decision to switch to Brink Street Dental.

I have been coming to Brink St Dental for the last four years. I have been very pleased with Dr. Heaton and his staff! They are all personable and knowledgeable. They are always on time for my appointments and I receive a text message for my reminder of upcoming appointments, which I appreciate. I have gotten routine cleanings, cavities filled, veneers, a crown, and Invisalign with this office and i would recommend them highly. I sometimes need nitrous for my longer appointments, especially if I’m having an unexpectedly high anxiety week, so it’s nice they offer that to calm my nerves. Dr Heaton always answers my dental questions and I never feel like my appointments are rushed. I frequently get compliments for my smile also!
