Totally painless and completely satisfied
I had an emergency situation of loosing half of my front tooth. Your office got me in right away and did a beautiful job of fixing my tooth better than it originally was. Thank you.

Wonderful Visit
I always enjoy my visits to Brink Street. Dr. Niles and the hygienists are always thorough but show concern for the comfort of the patient. Andrea is the best hygienist I have ever had work on me. In total, it is the most friendly office with which I have worked. Dr. Niles and his staff are truly a breath of fresh air.

Dont Fear the Dentist!
First off, I absolutely HATE dentists. I haven't been to one in more than 5 years and today was the day that Dr. Niles changed my mind. Dr. Niles and his staff made my trip enjoyable to say the least. My teeth are certainly in less than satisfactory shape, I knew that going in. Rather than getting yelled at like a little kid for my follies (which is one thing i absolutely despise places doing), I was instead told what was wrong, why it is a problem, and the way to get on track for fixing my problems. Dr. Niles also paid close mind to insurance and worked with me to setup a plan of attack on how to tackle all of my dentistry issues without making me take up a second job to "put my money where my mouth is" if you know what I mean. If your really afraid just submit a email to them via webform on their website. It makes it stupid simple to where you dont even have to think about it (its just an email, right?!) that luxury is what ultimately got me to go. Overall I would recommend Brink Street to anybody, especially the fearful like myself. Your teeth are relying on you!

10 years worth
The entire family LOVES you...never any pain even through the roughest proceedures. My kids have grown up with Brink Street they never say that they do not want to go to the dentist (they have always had good experiences). Doctor David, Lauren and the entire staff...are OUTSTANDING!

I have been coming to Dr. Niles for about 15 years. Even after moving to Chicago, I will still make the trip to Crystal Lake because everyone at Brink Street dental is so friendly and they do a great job.
