Starting June 1, 2011 we are beginning our year long photo contest"Where's Choppers?" where any active^* patient of Brink Street Dental can win prizes during one of several regularly planned drawings. Check back with our Facebook page for dates of each round as they change. What's even bigger and better is that one Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the entire years' pool of contestants to receive $500 during our June 1, 2012 year end drawing!!

New photos of our mascot Choppers will be displayed on our Facebook page each round with the object of the game to guess where Choppers was visiting in the pictures (don't worry ... he's back safe at Brink Street Dental now.) He will be photographed hanging out somewhere within the boundaries of the city of Crystal Lake, IL. Once you have made a correct guess, your name will be added to the pool of eligible winners for any particular round and, ultimately, the Grand Prize. There is no limit on the number of guesses allowed per round of drawings per active patient until a correct guess is reached whereby only one correct guess will be credited per active patient.

^*An active patient is defined as one who has received billable services at Brink Street Dental, Ltd, 284 Memorial Ct, Unit C, Crystal Lake, IL for hygiene or restorative procedures during the 5 year period prior to "liking" us on Facebook.
